There are many ways to get involved in the arts and sciences and elsewhere in the Shire of Castlemere. All you have to do is let your Minister of Arts & Sciences or any other officer know and we will get you involved !
Please do not hesitate to ask any question you have on your mind or voice concerns or suggestions. All are more than welcome and very much needed to keep the arts and the sciences alive and growing in our Shire.
Teaching a class or workshop
You do -not- need to be a professional in order to teach a class. Our Shire meeting classes are all about sharing our knowledge and learning together and basic classes are a wonderful way to introduce other people to your favorite topic.
If you aren't sure how to structure your class or have any other concerns please get in touch with your Minister of Arts & Sciences for pointers and help !

Interested in the office of the Minister of Arts & Sciences ?
If you are enthusiastic about the arts and sciences of the timeperiod of the SCA, love to organize workshops and other related activities and enjoy connecting people and networking this might be something for you ! You do not have to be an artsy person to be a deputy Minister of Arts & Sciences or even the Minister of Arts & Sciences. Let me show you that the paperwork is even less than half as scary as you think and get in touch with me if you would like to become a deputy even if you don't feel like stepping up as the next Minister of Arts & Sciences.
